Opinion: We have used the service to host this website since 2007 and in that time have been very happy. We have needed support a few times and have submitted support tickets, which have always been answered within a few hours. And problems get sorted quickly. For the amount of web space, bandwidth and other features you get the pricing means real good value for money. They also have a billing system which is very easy to use.
